Leeds Outreach is happy to be able to assist families for the 2023-2024 school year with school supplies. The investment to sponsor a child is $75 and we accept sponsors throughout the year. It's never too early or too late to participate as a sponsor.

How to Apply for School Supply Assistance
Applications Are Accepted in June
Leeds Outreach accepts applications for school supplies in June of each year for City of Leeds students.
- You must be a client of Leeds Outreach to apply.
- If you have updated your record with our office this year, you may contact us by one of the methods below and the application will be emailed to you.
- If you have not updated your record this year, you must come into the office to do so. Please make an appointment to bring proof of household income, proof of address, children’s birth certificate (if not on file), and custody papers, if applicable. Enrollment in Leeds City Schools will be verified and we will also consider home-schooled students.

- You may call our office at 205-699-7291 on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday mornings from 9-11:30 am.
